At Bema Capital, we are looking for high quality businesses in Texas to acquire and steward for years to come. We focus on subscription-based technology and managed services within Aerospace, Defense, Cyber and Compliance. Here are some general criteria we like to see:

Client 7

Strong Financials

$5-50M of primarily recurring revenue, with

minimum $1M EBITDA

Client 8

Operating History

A stable track record of long-term profitability & survivability

Client 2

Customers

High retention rate, and no customer accounts for over 20% of revenue

Client 3

Ownership

Seller willing to fully transition out of business in coordination w/ Bema
